Failure to plan is a plan to fail.
Early in my career, I received invaluable advice: “You have the ability and power to reset expectations at any time.” Throughout my life, I have used this advice personally and professionally. If a project or relationship goes off track I take a pause to reset, knowing that ignoring the small issues inevitably leads to larger problems down the line.
As a project manager, I am the hub of the team, a herder of cats and a knowledge database. I strive to be relied upon but not so much so that people will simply perish without me.
I like to stay busy, maybe too busy! Outside of my day job I am a registered yoga teacher, serve on the board of the Colorado Cactus & Succulent Society, bike, camp, hike, ski, garden and generally explore the outdoors as much as possible.
Because of my need to constantly be on the go while exploring and helping to leave the world a better place than I found it, SE2 feels like a long-lost home. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by a small but mighty team of passionate, driven and fun individuals who are all focused on producing work that betters the lives of Coloradans and beyond.
